SMT Carriers
Transport pallets allow for simultaneous assembly on multiple PCB's maximizing thoughputs from the SMT line and are often a necessity with odd geometry PCB's or with boards that are difficult to transport in edge conveyors.
Our transport pallets are designed to ensure perfect alignment to the stencil. Which is often a major problem when utilizing separate vendors for stencils and pallets.
Router
Beam On offers Sandwich style and Stand off style Router Fixtures. Our Router Fixtures hold PCBs with enough clearance and provides excellent support on the PCB.
Press Fit
Beam On Technology in conjunction with some of our customers has developed a unique and cost effective way to fabricate press fit dies.
The press fit die technique developed by Beam On is a two part system. It is comprised of an aluminum block and a stainless steel face.
Wave
Our wave solder fixtures are custom designed to your exacting specifications and requirements. Both selective and non-selective fixtures can be fabricated with your choice of materials to suit either short runs or high volume manufacturing.
Custom
Beam On has a fully equipped machine shop that can handle any task. We have been designing and manufacturing tooling for assembly applications for more than a decade.
