The anodized frames and hardware are fully reusable. For different parts we provide modular foil sets and drop in aluminum nest.
Mini Stencils
Our most popular rework product. Custom made to order. Around for decades,ministencils remain the most used rework tool for localized component rework. Designed to print uniform paste in tight areas, It is both economical and easy to use.
PrintPart System
The PrintPart System is a highly adaptable tool for printing solderpaste directly on component I/O contacts. It is often utilized as an alternative to mini stencils particularly for small packages in tight areas. Your component is held in place without cumbersome hinges, annoying flywheels or impaled devices.
We designed the system to fit the staging areas for many automated rework systems. This means machine pick-up, vision inspection (if available) and placement can be performed directly from the PrintPart fixture.
Nozzles
Our Nozzles are designed to operate with a Dedicated rework systems. We also provide custom Nozzles for the connectors.
